The theme of my speaking assignments vary but I often use my frameworks Grounding & Growing and the Circular Business Model to highlight how we as individuals are what makes up the whole of the organization, society, humanity, and/or the planet.
I take the audience on a journey inward that lands us all in action, because no action is too small and we are all needed.
