Meditation Challenge

Week 1

This week we will focus on our breath.

My encouragement to you is to listen to the meditation at least 3 times this week.

At the end of the week I invite you to sit down with a notebook, in solitude, and set a timer for 15 minutes whilst you journal to this prompt: “How can I find time for myself to rest in stillness this week?”

This week we will focus on the present moment.

My encouragement  to you is to listen to the meditation at least 3 times this week.

At the end of the week I invite you to sit down with a notebook, in solitude, and set a timer for 15 minutes whilst you journal to this prompt:  “Where can I notice awe in the most ordinary moments this week?”

At the end of the week I invite you to sit down with a notebook, in solitude, and set a timer for 15 minutes whilst you journal to this prompt:“What am I grateful for today?”
